My Project

Capillary action, surface tension, transference...all these words mean something, but they can be very confusing!

With these materials, we can make these terms and more come to life.

This experiment will demonstrate those concepts and more in a way that you can see and makes sense.

Our students will set up the experiment, read the directions and complete the task. Students will use the scientific method to pose a question, make predictions, gather and analyze data, and form conclusions. Students will fill out graphs, write their predictions and compare their predictions with their conclusions.
