Help me give my students access to a Microsoft Surface Go to create digital content.
This project expired on June 2, 2019.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My students are from different parts of the Tampa Bay area. They are a diverse set of students. Most are energetic, very creative, eager-to-learn, smart and so much more. Every day they arrive before most people are even in the car on the way to work. They love working with partners and in groups. I want my classroom to enable them to be ready for the real world.
Students are happy with their school and teachers.
Each day they learn something new and come back the next day ready to learn more.
I would love to offer my students the chance to record their own content using different Microsoft applications such as Flipgrid and Sway!
Students need access to a computer that offers creative applications to become creators of content rather than consumers of content in my classroom.
My students love to make videos and take pictures. My students are also very creative using a stylus and can make their own notes. My hope is that students will learn to curate their own content and learn civics with tech tools that allow them to do so. I included Microsoft Surface Docking station in this project to be able to expand the utility of this device.
