Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Welcome to my classroom. It's a place where thoughts, ideas, and creativity unite. The students in my class are bright, energetic and excited to learn. Although the passion is apparent, unfortunately the funds are limited. They need tools to help them fly.
As you walk into my classroom, you feel the excitement all around you.
Students are working with partners all around the room, doing all kinds of reading, writing, listening and speaking. As you walk around my classroom, you will notice that everyone knows what they are supposed to do. With your help, the children will be able to address their individual learning styles through multimedia representations. Also, students will be using the materials provided to work on their writing, reading, spelling, grammar and comprehension. Your donations will support a technology rich learning environment where every student can learn. At the end of the year, we expect significant growth in the students' reading levels, writing skills, and cognitive development.
My Project
I believe that with the requested Macbook, my students will flourish into competent, well-articulated individuals that may change the world one day. I am eager to bring 21st-century skills to my children to bring out the best in them. When children are engaged, there is no stopping the progress they could make. Thank you for being that somebody who makes a difference by giving a child a chance. We are proud of our students and their achievements. Your donation will help them take their learning to new places and reach their full potential. You are our Superhero! As a 21st century educator, I am confident with the right technology, my classroom will come alive.
When students are using technology as a tool or a support for communicating with others, they can break boundaries and soar to new levels.
Students are actively making choices about how to generate, obtain, manipulate, or display information. Technology use allows many more students to be actively thinking about information, making choices, and executing skills that will change the way they learn. Thank you for changing the life of a child who someday might be the next Steve Jobs!
