Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Pre-K students live in a very low-income area in Dallas, Texas. In our school, our goal is to prepare them with the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful. My students' age range is from early four to early five year old. They are eager to learn new things and engage in fun and exciting learning activities. They like to learn by playing games, creating, and teaching each other and me.
My students make me smile every day and give me the inspiration to do my best in the classroom.
My Project
We are fortunate to have computers in our classroom but the table we are using is old and broken, that is why I am asking for this table and matching chairs. My students love using their computers but they do not like the wobbly table and chairs. Our school building is old and does not have the budget to give us a better table and chairs.
I will love for my students to enjoy their computer time on safe comfortable table and chairs.
Even though I have tried to fix them many times, they keep breaking and my little ones do not want to use them anymore. Hopefully with your help, my students will keep believing they are little techies.
