Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I love that my students are learning online. They often ask me questions about how to use the different online platforms that I use in class.

My students really have an interest in mathematics and computer programming.

Many of my students are part of extra-curricular activities like, TSA, robotics, and Math League.

My Project

I plan to use the High Rise Height Adjustable Compact Standing Desk with Keyboard Tray to support my back and long hours at the computer. Headphones, whiteboards and easel pads will help me provide notes and strategies for students to use later. Resources like nearpod and microphones would help engage students in boring videos and recording the videos myself will help foster relationships with my students.

Sanitizing wipes and headphones will be used to keep student area's clean and sanitized for when we go back to school.

Another major issue I'm running into is storage on my district laptop. A flash drive will help save my lessons for futures to comes.
