I teach in a small, rural school located in Arkansas. My classroom is full of diverse talents and interests; it is my goal to help these students bloom! I want to bring more resources and opportunities to my students, so I am reaching out to you for help.
Students need a classroom with good supplies to use!
A supply as simple as access to markers can make a difference to my classroom. Our students appreciate everything that has been donated in the past, and they will continue to be appreciative of future projects.
My Project
My students are required to come to school prepared; with necessary supplies. What happens when a student doesn't have a pencil or access to markers? The teacher supplies it! Over the years, I have provided and will continue to provide my students with the necessary classroom supplies (expensive- yikes!).
My stash is almost depleted, so I am looking to restock my classroom with new markers, pencils, and other supplies.
This project will allow my classroom to write, correct mistakes, and complete colorful projects without students missing out. I am imagining projects with "blackout poetry" and colorful one-page posters depicting literary works.
