My students need school supplies such as dry erase boards, dry-erase markers, base ten blocks, pencils and erasers to help them with their learning needs.
Have you ever tried to do your homework without having the essential supplies to work on that homework? We have some students who do not have enough of the right supplies to work on their homework.
Our students come from a wide variety of incomes and needs and some have a difficult time buying basic school supplies.
We teach 5-8 grades and like to have supplies in our rooms for the students that need them. When students don'ÂÂt have their supplies this makes it difficult to get started. We need basic supplies such as pencils, erasers, dry-erase markers, and binders. We are also in need of some teaching tools such as student white boards and base ten blocks.
My Project
With the supplies we have requested, we can do our daily work without the distraction of searching for the items needed. This allows more time to focus on what's important. Our students can practice their writing and math and stay organized with these supplies. It will also raise the confidence of those who are unable to afford their own supplies.
Our special education department needs these basic supplies to help our students be successful in the classroom and boost their self esteem.
We need these supplies to help our students succeed. In receiving these supplies, we can help students on multiple grade levels.
