Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Students at my school are inquisitive, compassionate, and creative. Reading, Math, Science and Writing are so important to my students and are truly valued. My students are eager to learn and have fun doing it!

All of my students are on the "Breakfast in the Classroom" which is a free food program.

They also are on a free lunch program. For some of my students these are the only meals they will receive for the day.

There is so much I wish I could do more for my kids, but through the generous donations of Donors Choose we have been able to support my classroom with wonderful things. We are all grateful.

My Project

My students need to keep up with the latest technology to do research projects and science projects. These supplies will keep our printer functioning with color ink so it will engage the students to do their work. The circuit boards sets will highly engage the students to learn about how different circuits work. As a STEAM (Science, Technology, English Language Arts, Arts, and Math)school this is very important for the students to have hands on experience in this area of physical science. Altogether these are very special supplies for my classroom. We all will be very grateful for the assistance in obtaining these.
