My students need story and drawing books so that they can draw a picture and then write a story that goes with that picture.

My Students
Kindergarten student are curious, enthusiastic, and creative. They are excited to be in kindergarten and are ready and willing to learn. Being a Title 1 school, I want to give each student every opportunity to succeed. Not only in kindergarten but in life.
My students have a thirst for knowledge.
They absolutely love hands-on activities. The students come to school each day ready to try new things and taking chances in order to grow academically and personally. They are remarkable!
My Project
The use of dry erase boards and dry erase markers are used daily in my classrooms. Students prefer the use of dry erase boards during whole group. Students can easily erase and correct answers as needed. Dry erase markers also help students to answer multiple math problems during whole group math time. Students can answer questions and turn their dry erase boards towards me with the answer. This give every student the ability to answer every question in whole group.
By donating to our project, you will help put needed supplies into the hands of wonderful students.
These supplies help the students learn and grow. Students will be able to simply focus on academics instead of the lack of material.
The use of composition notebooks will help my students bring out their creativity. They will use the blank space on top to draw their picture and then will be able to write their stories below. I also included some specialty pencils that help with proper grip for those students struggling. The construction paper will help with all the fun creative learning activities we will do throughout the year.
