Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I work with elementary students that have visual impairments. They are in a regular classroom and want more than anything to fit in with their classmates. My students receive a lot of services and get pulled out of their class often. I'm always looking for ways for them to participate in activities with their classmates.

My students want to participate with their peers in the classroom and on the playground.

They need a little extra support in order to do so.

My Project

These materials will make a difference in my student's learning by allowing them to have better visual access. The magniferstudents will allow them to see small print, the large keyboards will make it easier for them to type. The bold markers will help them see better when they color, the tape and lables will provide visible lables for them.

They will have materials to use in their classrooms that will be helpful to them.

My students will be able to more actively participate with their classmates. These supplies will make a difference to my students and they would be so thankful.
