My students need after the tornado to create projects that will stimulate their learning experience. This includes colored pencils, pencil sharpeners, ruled paper, scissors, calculators and a storage cart.

My Students

Many of my students have lost everything in the May 20th tornado in Moore, OK. I want to make sure they do not have to worry about supplies and focus on learning.

A large percentage of my students were already at poverty level or below.

Since the tornado they have been devastated by losing what little they did have. The students have been strong and looking forward to returning to school and I want to make that an easy transition.

My Project

I am requesting supplies that will help with their daily learning experience. I do not want my students to have a concern for what they don't have. I want them to focus on what has been accomplished and how much people care after the devastating tornado.

My project is important because It will ease their minds and make coming back to school a happy experience.

I not only want to help the students coming back this year but, the kids coming for the next few years have been deeply affected.
