My Project

I like to use a variety of strategies to teach. We have a new Reading series, but we have to supplement a lot of extra material, and our Social Studies textbooks don’t match our current content standards. I want my students to learn their content, and have fun with it. I use cardstock to make vocabulary cards, activities for small group stations, task cards, posters, etc.

My students love to play games & have fun, and using task cards, small group activities, & vocabulary cards helps them learn their content in a fun way.

I also need copy paper to use in our guided reading groups. We go through a lot of paper to make copies of the guided reading books for each child, plus the supplemental materials I need for my ELA & S.S. classes. I'm also asking for the laminating pouches so I can laminate their flimsy lunch cards that they use daily.
