Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach a different group of students each semester so this project will supply us with many of the incentives that we need to start the semester strong! Students love our attendance incentives of winning Takis or cookies on Friday after being on time to class every day. They also love trying to answer our "Jolly Rancher Questions of the Day". Having these supplies will help incentivize strong academic habits! Flair pens, paper and pencils are also a need. I'm also getting some supplies that will support the social emotional and mental health of my 8th grade students. Thank you for supporting our students!
