My Students

Our dry erase boards are falling apart! Help continue making math fun!

My 70 Algebra 1 students are all brilliant and deserve all the resources in the world to enhance their learning.

I teach in rural Mississippi in a high-needs school district. At the beginning of the year, a majority of my students despised math and were 7 grade levels behind. Continuing to provide educational tools, such as dry erase boards, has helped a lot of students enjoy learning math. While my students are still performing behind grade level, having a class set of dry erase boards will provide students the resources to practice, practice practice!

My Project

Ever since I have introduced dry erase boards into my classroom, students enjoy and are eager to practice math! Students are much more engaged while learning and feel much more comfortable making mistakes and taking risks.... because they are able to quickly erase! My students refuse to let their area code dictate how they will learn. These dry erase boards will allow my students to continue to practice math in a unique and fun way!

Donating to my project will allow my students to continuously practice math, without wasting paper!

My students attitude towards math will continue to improve as they are able to enjoy practicing skills that once seemed daunting.
