My Students
My students come from no English speaking and low-income families. I have students that just arrived to the country, these students are developing reading skills. Despite their language skills my students work hard. Your heart melts when you see them working and putting interest in learning. There is one special student that came 3 years ago to the US he is mastering English as he was a native English speaker.
My Project
Due to lack of language skills, my students need visual materials to understand and practice the English language. These materials will make language acquisition easier for my students. The books will develop the reading skills. The alphabet cards and dry erase markers will enhance the practice at home. For many classrooms in the US, printing paper is the most helpful resource to make different activities that help students master their second language. Please help my students get an easy start for the following year and experience a lot out of it.
