My Project

This project will provide supplies for us to make learning fun, engaging and meaningful. With these supplies, we will be able to create numerous glow-in-the-dark activities/stations for our students to safely learn or review materials to help them succeed in all content areas. Since our students have been out of school for the past two years, due to the coronavirus, I have seen a huge learning gap and a lack of social interaction within their peers. With your generous donation you will provide supplies so that I will find innovative ways to integrate fun engaging activities to try to lessen the learning gap and create more opportunities for students to interact/socialize with one another!

We need your help!

Our schoolʻs demographics are fifty-six percent free and reduced meals, also qualifying to be a Title One school. We are located in the heart of Wailuku, Maui, which is a rural, low socioeconomic area that is rich in cultural awareness.
