My Project

I have an amazing class of profoundly gifted 6th graders! They are inquisitive, competitive, considerate, and so much fun to teach!

The Pandemic has had an impact on all of us--students and teachers alike.

Due to the Pandemic, I had to take the 2020-2021 school year off due to a high-risk family member. It was difficult not being in the classroom for a year. My students had a haphazard 5th grade year with both in-person and virtual instruction, depending on the state of the Pandemic at that time. Because they are gifted, the last year and a half has had an impact on them.

This project contains books they've requested for our class library, games to continue to build social/emotional learning, and various school supplies so the students/class have what they need to be successful no matter the assignment or project. We would be so appreciative and excited to receive these materials!
