I enjoy teaching students in my small town 6th grade classroom, but with little school funding, I have not been able to provide additional new reading materials to my students.

Book reports with the same books are boring and not as fun to the students. They enjoy reading new books and sharing their reading experiences in reports with others in the classroom.

With these great award winning Newbery and Caldecott book collections, I am able to provide new book selections for book reports as well as new information from the Weekly Reader program.

You will help make sure my students see reading as a life-long skill with the opportunity to enjoy reading new books throughout their sixth grade year.
