My Students

I am working with a wonderful group of fourth graders, many of which have special needs and require extra love. They are very loving students who want to please but sometimes don't have the ability to stay on task. I love working with them and seeing them grow as individuals and gain more ability to become independent thinkers. They always try their best and love sharing things that they have learned with me. They are very eager to always help each other.

My Project

The items that I need give my students various seating options. Many of my students are diagnosed with ADHD and have a difficult time sitting still. These different options that I am requesting will provide my students with different choices of what they sit on in class to be able to do their work.

I like giving my students choices in their assignments and would like to give them a choice in their seating.

My students always try so hard, but struggle with being still and staying focused. By giving them choices as to how they can sit, I hope to be able to help them focus better.

The flexible seating options would give them a way to move without leaving their area so that they can focus on their work.
