Super Bowl for Reading!

Help me give my students the rewards they deserve for completing Lexia, our reading intervention program!

My Project

I teach in a Title I school. 100 percent of the students get free lunches, but our students are eager to learn. A large number of our students are struggling readers, but we as teachers are doing everything we can to bridge the gap. One resource we use is Lexia, a intervention reading program.

To motivate our students and get them excited about the program we are having a Lexia Super Bowl!

Classes compete against each other for prizes by finishing the Lexia time and units (correct responses to the material). The more units they complete the better chances are that they will succeed and make progress.

Candy, slime, and pencils are small prizes that our students love. Please help us help this program a success.
