My Project

We have a brand new PE class starting at our high school that will combine neurotypical students and students with special needs in one class. We have so many students who signed up that we will have two sections!

The class will provide students with special needs peer partners for all activities, so we need some adaptive equipment to keep everyone safe as well as allow students who struggle with fine and gross motor skills better access to the activities.

The class will encourage neurotypical students to take leadership roles, be positive role models, and encourage students with special needs to participate in PE to the best of their abilities.
