My Students

My students come from diverse backgrounds. Many of the families I work with have no money to purchase school supplies for their children, so I try to provide as many materials as possible for the classroom. I have many families who are new to the country and speak little English or no English at all. For some students who are new to the country, they have had no formal schooling.

I have students who come from a variety of circumstances.

I have encountered many students who have experienced homelessness and other extenuating circumstances.

My students are very bright and want to learn. My goal is to expose my students to as many hands-on and engaging learning opportunities as possible.

My Project

Please help me give my students the book- Miss Bindergarten Has a Wild Day in Kindergarten.

My students love to read and I want them to have access to reading material over the summer.

I would like to give each of my students a copy of this book so that they can keep enjoying reading over the summer.

I want my students to continue keeping their mind and reading skills active over the summer. This will better prepare them for First grade.

This would make a great end of the year gift that my students can keep and remember Kindergarten by.
