My Students

My students are kind, funny, and rambunctious! Our class is very lively and my students are always on the go! My class consists of 12 students all with special needs in a life skills setting. They all enjoy learning and work very hard through out the whole day. They have all grown so much this year from their own determination.

As a class we reward hard work and personal growth in each student.

Each student is working on something different but they all strive for their best.

My Project

All of the items I have picked would be beneficial to my students! The Blocks & Blueprints Learning Center and Touch & Read CVC Words Match are independent work items. These items will help my students learn how to work on their own and solve their own problems! We strive for independence and self sufficiency in my class which these items will help us achieve. The Best of Grades K–1 Picture Books Pack (DonorsChoose.org Exclusive) - Box of 20 titles / Grades K-1 that I selected are for a class library. Our class library right now is pretty skimpy and it would be so beneficial for my students to be able to pick books to read that are on their level. It would also be helpful for my students to have fidget seats like the Flex-Space Wobble Cushion - Blue.
