I teach Special Education in rural Arkansas. I teach Resource English Resource Math and Transitions (Living Skills) My students are 9th- 12th graders. They are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. I love that they are so unique and eager to learn! Truly, they are my inspiration!
The supplies I picked will help my special education students learn phonics, reading & sentence structure which will help them be able to reach some of their IEP goals. I picked mouse & mouse pads to make it easier for them to use their laptops. Having a printer & laminator will allow me to attend to their needs without having to leave the classroom to print materials they need. The workbooks will help my virtual students keep up with what we are doing onsite.
I love my students & want to help as much as I can!
