This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students truly understand the importance of physical activity. They look forward to physical education class each day and they put forth a tremendous amount of energy while in class. They share, take turns and help each other out while learning the basics of sports. They live in a low-income school district but that doesn't stop them from being the best that they can be! They love learning about new sports and they are always willing to try new things!
My Project
Physical activity is very important for your health. It also is good for my students to develop team spirit while helping each other out. These scooters are needed so that my students can learn the value of team building while learning to play a sport fairly. They love physical education and they love to learn about sports.
These scooters would be used in my gym class to help promote team spirit!
My students are so excited about this proposal and they are looking forward to hopefully having these scooters funded. These are so many fun activities that we can do with these scooters!
