My Project

I teach a wonderful group of transitional kindergarten students, who are 4-5 years old and experiencing elementary school for the first time. They are so creative and curious and I love seeing their active imaginations at work in our classroom! Due to budgetary reasons, our TK students do not have access to our school's art program, and I would love to be able to teach them about famous artists and allow them to paint their own masterpieces, too.

These art supplies and books would expose my TK students to well known artists, as well as inspire them to create their own works of art!

I plan to read these books to my class and we can use the paper, paint brushes, and paint to create all kinds of different art projects. I know my students would really love to be able to do this and it would be a great creative outlet for them. Thank you for considering a donation to our classroom!
