I teach Kindergarten in a small school of 100 children. We are a low income school where every child receives free breakfast, lunch and snacks.
My classroom is 12 children and the other Kindergarten classroom is 14.
We work very closely together to give our children the best education possible.
Teachers provide many items to students and the majority of this comes out of our own pockets. We provide many different items to our students from chapstick to sneakers.
Our children are awesome and we as a school want to provide them with only the best.

My Project
I want students that are in my classroom to have resources rather that be a chewy necklace, flexible seating, fine motor tools or just a tool to help them sit and relax.
I see so many students that are so uncomfortable in the classroom and I want the opposite for my students!
It's important that we individualize for each one of our students. Students have so many things going on that learning can be difficult!
The expectation for each student today is difficult but these resources will make me a better teacher and my children better students.
