My Students

These students I have this year have an amazing amount of potential. They've started the year more than willing to give %110 on every academic request I've thrown at them. I'm quite impressed with their dedication, and constant drive to learn more each day.

I want to provide these dedicated students an atmosphere of exploration and options for learning.

They deserve a classroom that helps to grow to their fullest potential. My goal is to provide them with the opportunities that exceed beyond the typical educational setting.

Also, students learn better in varied seating arrangements. I want to provide my students with another area to sit in class. Some like to sit, others like to stand which is even proven to help kids overall.

My Project

Students are constantly striving to be successful in by classroom on a daily basis. We talk about continuing to find their full potential on a daily basis. In order for this to happen they must have an environment that will help that.

The weather, water clock and mixtures kits will help my students with options in pursuing these areas further in science and succeeding at the state standards.

The other items (fractions game/planks set) will support the students in increasing their willingness to improve in these academic areas.

Finally, I want my students to have another place in class to choose to sit/stand that will help their process of learning. I firmly believe that students do learn better (me included) in varied settings and I want to be sure that this table opens up another place they can learn. Students will have the option to use a stool or simply stand. It would be a perfect addition to our classroom.
