Students in our middle school are very diverse. Our students are learning how to work together to achieve common goals that benefit our community.
I love that they are willing to work together and share an appreciation for achieving equality for all members.
For many of our students, this is the first time they will be given the opportunity to create something to be shared outside of their classroom. Their voice needs to be heard! These students have a lot of great qualities to share.
My Project
My video production students will be able to create video with quality audio that allows their voices to be clearly heard. We want to create and share content not just consume it. We hope to share events and issues within our school community with the world wide web audience.
Students at our school will be using this equipment to create quality videos that can be shared with not only our school community but also the community at large.
This equipment will help those voices be heard and their stories will be shared.
DRMS students will digitally video record interviews with other students and staff using the microphones provided by DonorsChoose. The microphones will have mic flags that show the school logo and provide a professional look. The segments they record and edit will then be uploaded and shared with the classroom teachers and posted on the DRMS website.
