My students need a variety of balls to help them look forward to their elective, and especially the Youth Practice Pinnies to help them.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach at a Title I charter school in Hesperia, CA. Classes are small at my school to help ensure that students are the priority, with my biggest class of only 25 students. My students come from all over the High Dessert to go to school, some even traveling 30 minutes to get their education. Parents know that at my school their children do better when they are put first in a small class. With 25 students in a class, the teachers can make sure that every student is helped however they need to be. This includes having the students get the elective they want! My elective is sports.
75% of my students come from low income houses, which makes it difficult for their families to provide extra things, like sports equipment.
My Project
My project will help students be more motivated to do well in the classroom. I am a teacher of an elective, and the students bring their own equipment to play sports in the elective.
These students are motivated by being able to play sports at the end of the day, so with your help, I would like to be able to bring that to them without bringing things from home!
Some students travel long distances to go to my school so, having the sports equipment is one less thing for them to worry about.
Please help my students get new equipment for their elective.
