My students need Ukuleles for the music classroom! I need a class set and we have 25-28 in a classroom! The students would love to learn to play songs on the Ukulele!

My Students
I teach students in grades K-5. My students need your help with technology in the music classroom. My students are from diverse backgrounds and love music. My students are from a large school and very diverse population. Music in my school is taught by two teachers to about 1200 students! My students come from all socioeconomic classes.
My students love music class.
They esspecially love being able to play instruments! With so many students at our school and two music teachers we NEED MORE!
My Project
Students will learn the basics of string instruments with hands on learning. Ukulele's in the music classroom are the newest hottest instrument to learn. They are compact portable and easier to play than a full size guitar but so much fun.
Ukuleles are great for kids!
They are small and have plastic strings which are easy on little fingers! I will use these with all grade levels and possibly a Ukulele club! Ukulele playing gives kids a hands on chance to learn to read music and other music fundamentals.
