My Students

Our classroom is a place of creativity, growth, and inspiration. We are constantly trying ideas that expose our students to the real world. We are a widely diverse title one classroom that is always willing to embrace being in a high rigor classroom.

Our school is a place where all students feel welcome and excited to be there.

We are constantly making, innovating, and encouraging the use of science, technology, engineering, and math in the classroom through a variety of clubs and experiences. Our school believes in setting the stage to engage and creating experiences that enhance learning.

My Project

I chose these items for a variety of reasons. The main reason is to benefit my students and to help them enhance their school experience. I ran out of quite a few essential supplies about a month ago like dry erase markers, pencils, paper, and notebooks. These would help our classroom to keep functioning at an effective pace. I also included in this project a few logic games and stem supplies. Each morning I have been incorporating a soft start to help fill in the social-emotional learning skills my students so desperately need. Many of them were online for the past two years, so it has been such a good practice for them on working together.

They look forward to coming to school every day and I know that a big part comes from getting to engage with one another.

All of these materials will enhance their learning experience and also provide basic necessities like pencil and paper. I hope to create a less stressful environment because I won't have to ration out clorox wipes or notebooks.
