Students Just Wanna Have Fun!

Help me give my students a portable Bluetooth speaker, snow cone and a cotton candy machine to use for grade level and school wide celebrations.

Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I love that my students are resilient, determined, appreciative and just awesome kids. Even though my school is a Title I school, my students are driven to achieve their very best. In fact this past year, my school moved up from a level "D" to a level "A." My kids have endured quite a lot this year with our city water woes and virtual learning. But, they don't complain.

An ION Party Rocker Bluetooth with Karaoke Microphone Speaker, Vevor Snow Cone Maker and Vbenlem Cotton Candy Machine will be used to celebrate and motivate students to repeat their success on the state test this spring.

As our school begins to move into test prep mode, I want to use the cotton candy and snow cones to motivate students just for showing academic growth. In addition, students will be given these treats for coming to our Saturday tutorial sessions and for improvements made as we reteach and monitor progress made on standards taught. The ION Party Rocker Bluetooth with Karaoke Microphone Speaker machine will be used for our annual Test Prep Kickoff party. These three machines are great in that they will be used by our grade level and school-wide in preparing for the state test and to celebrate students' success throughout the school year. After all, students just want to have fun!
