Help me give my students food so they can stay at home and learn instead of walking to food banks and churches during the day.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
New York has been very hard hit by the coronavirus and subsequent shutdown. My students are struggling to connect to learning right now, but are also struggling to find food and basic necessities. I am a bilingual Kindergarten teacher. All of my students are children of recent immigrants.
These are not families that are eligible for stimulus checks or unemployment benefits and have been struggling for almost 2 months.
Please consider donating to this project, which directly benefits young students in need.
My Project
Distance learning has posed many challenges for educators and families. One difficulty I was not expecting was hearing that my students could not do their work because the School District ran out of food to give away this week and they were searching the neighborhood for any place donating food. Social distancing is projected at least through May for Downstate New York, and likely through June as well. My students are suffering to meet basic needs as their parents, who haven't worked in 7 weeks, have no money to provide them. Please help now.
