My Students

My students are part of an academy structure program. Most of my students belong to the Health Academy. This means they intend to pursue careers in the health field after they graduate. I also teach honor level students.

Many of my students are motivated by engaging visuals and hands-on learning.

They strive for excellence and they are serious about their student careers.

My students are energetic and compassionate. We have a strong sense of community in our classroom where students feel they belong.

My Project

Oftentimes my students create amazing projects for class or they complete exemplary work. I would love to have a designated place to showcase student work. Right now, we do not have any bulletin boards in the classroom to hang student work on. The walls are made out of cement, and although I have tried to hang up student work, the only adhesive that seems to stick to the cement wall is duck tape (and sometimes this doesn't even work). The problem with duck tape is that it is impossible to take off. Student work ends up ruined or torn when taken off of the cement wall. Bulletin boards would be an easier way to display student work without ruining all their effort.
