Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Educators must ensure that students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that will lead to positive health and wellness lifestyles. I am in front of my students and have a unique opportunity to role model positive health and wellness behaviors.

Your donation will help to keep my students happy and healthy.

My students will use the snacks and prizes to help them have the most success in the classroom. These items address needs that can distract them and other students from learning. Because many of them come from high-poverty situations, they often lack hygiene items at home or come to school hungry. By having supplies readily available for them, I can spend more time focusing on instruction.
