Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach 25 energetic and ready-to-learn kindergarten students.

For most of my students, this is their first school experience, and I want it to be a memorable one!

Kindergarten is one of the first foundations for the rest of their educational careers, and your kind donation will help me maximize their experiences in my class.

Our school is located in Los Angeles, California. We are a 100% Title I school which means all of our students qualify for free meals.

My Project

We need a color printer that will allow us to create and print projects to better communicate with our parents. With the printer we are asking for, we can send home letters in color that will capture our parent's attention and interest. My students will be able to scan and print out their own projects too.

So many papers get sent home that parents sometimes miss out on the important ones; maybe because they're all in black ink.

A color printer would help make our newsletters colorful and vivid so that parents take more notice. Your donation will help my students and me communicate with our parents.
