My students need incentives, like composition books, Scent-sibles 6-Color pens, and various other fun school supplies to help keep them focused and motivated to stay on the right track for success!
My students attend an inner city school that serves a very diverse community. We have students from many ethnicities and represent well over 75 different countries. There is a minimum of a half dozen languages spoken on a daily basis.
Many of our students' household incomes fall below the poverty line, classifying us as a Title I school.
Most of our students walk to school daily and are students who complete their entire elementary education here. We are truly a singular community in and out of school!
My Project
My students will be able to earn tickets for displaying behaviors that support our school wide expectations of being respectful, responsible, and safe.
Students will be able to redeem their tickets for items that are useful and cool!
Many of our students are not able to get their school supplies replenished throughout the year. Redeeming their bulldog tickets for essential and much needed supplies like notebooks, pencils, folders, and scented pens are a great way to help ease the financial burden on their parents and get their basic supplies.
