This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

In order for students to become become 100% involved in their success, they need to know where they are, where they are going, and what they need to do in order to be successful.

My students are engaged in their learning and constantly want to know where they stand and what they need to do to get to levels that will have them being successful not only in academics but in life!

They want to succeed so that they can overcome the obstacles that life has presented to them.

My Project

I'm requesting one-half inch binders, sheet protectors, and colored paper so that my students can begin the task of tracking, utilizing and analyzing their data. It is so important for these students to be able to understand what is being asked of them to show their proficiency and what better way to help them understand this than to begin to fully track, look and understand their classroom data.

This project is so important because as a teacher I must constantly look at, utilize and analyze student data to drive my instruction, and it is is important for students to be able to do this as well so that they are assisting not only me but themselves as well to become facilitators of their learning!
