Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

A typical day in our classroom would be students actively engaged from the time they enter until they leave. I intend for the students to be able to come in and utilize complete a daily graph on our magnetic whiteboard.

My students are a bunch of comedians.

I enjoy coming to school and sharing my day with them. They are hungry for knowledge. Our school is a great place to grow and learn. My goal at the beginning of the year is for the students to become an extended family. We celebrate victories and believe in helping each other out.

My Project

Our magnetic whitebord will have numerous functions. It will be our objective board. We must post essential questions for the students. This enables the students to understand what their goals are for the week. It will also be a game center and a board that helps with behavior management.

Donations to this project will improve my classroom by allowing me to be a more efficient teacher.

I plan to put my Close Reading charts on the board. It will also have my behavior management. It will be a place for vital information for the students.
