My Students

I have the pleasure of working with sixty of the most amazing students in the world! My students are unique because they bring many wonderful things to our classroom. We have students who are from other countries and speak different languages, we have students who have special needs and work in our co-taught class and we have students who are currently homeless and/or living in shelters. I am extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work with them each and every day!

My Project

I would like to have my students use an ASUS C223NA-DH02-GR Chromebook, 11.6" Celeron N3350, 4GB, 32GB, Chrome OS to help enhance their learning experiences while focusing on STEM activities. First, we are planning to work on cleaning up an oil spill in Science. We would like to use this Chromebook to help research ways we can clean it up. Next, we would use the Chromebook to help design an plan using the Engineering Design Process. Then we would use the Chromebook to keep track of what plans worked and what didn't and why. We would graph our results in Math class by using Google Sheets. Having this technology would really give us a great advantage.
