This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are an adventurous group, eager to learn new things! They particularly love storytime and books! They get transported to other worlds and use their imaginations to discover new ones. Our school and library is underfunded and have no been an upgrade in the last seven years.

Our storytime circle is too plain for their immense creativity and imagination.

The carpet has several mysterious stains which makes the space uninviting.

With this new magical rug, my students will be able to appreciate the space and feel right at home during storytime. With an extra benefit of learning the dewey decimal system!
