The students in our preschool are known for their big personalities and big emotions. Imagination and creativity flows through the room as children act on their inner/future engineer, architect, computer techs, and drummer in a rock band skills.
Strong imaginations and confident leaders help make every day different, challenging, and fun.
During large group or our weekly class meeting, future musicians, future lawyers, doctors, politicians and motivational speakers are not afraid to express their feelings creativity and ‘speak their peace’.
The materials that I am requesting for my classroom will go to good use. We just need your help in getting them to our classroom. The different type of containers that I am asking for will either replace broken ones or give my classroom a variety of storage containers to help maintain a clean and safe environment.
In my class we have been talking about how important it is to clean up our work area after we are done playing, and I believe that the clear-view storage box will help the children be able to find their manipulatives and placed them back in the clear container.
I also am asking for small, medium, and large tuff totes for storage as well. The different size totes will give me an opportunity to teach math, by helping the children identify small, medium, and large boxes. The dish-safe plastic baskets(natural) are a great way to insert different texture into the environment. All of the storage containers that I am asking for will have a picture of the item along with the words, to give the children early reading. With your contribution the children will learn to keep their environment clean and safe.
