My students need a place to store and charge their classroom tablets. We recently gained our Kindle Fires, and now we need a charging cart for them.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
Our school is pushing our students to success as the first STEM/Medical Middle school in the city. Our kids really get into the science and technology side of the classes, but we are very limited in materials.
My classroom focuses on a blended learning environment, combining hands-on learning with student-led research.
We hope to be able to continue our work into student-focused learning as I simply guide them along the way. The students themselves have had an amazing time so far this year, and I want to keep that momentum going.
In order to help our students, we recently gained a set of Kindle Fire 7s from Donors Choose. These will make a drastic difference in our students ability to use blended learning. But, with a limited amount of charging space in my classroom, we need something more.
This charging cart will help us be able to store and charge all of our new tablets simultaneously and remove the need to try to locate enough powerstrips and create shelf space to charge them all.
This will ensure that the students have more frequent access to the tablets and technology for use in the classroom.
