My Students
My name is Kaiondraire Simmons and I absolutely love being an educator. I work with a wonderful group of second-grade scholars. We work so hard and the scholars are eager to learn as much as possible. We use many different strategies and could benefit from an increase in the supplies we have in the classroom to help increase learning possibilities and variations.
We are in a Title I setting.
I don't want this to hold my second graders back, so I am hopeful that we are blessed with donations for classroom necessities. Parents provide as much as they can, I bring resources in also, however, I want to be able to provide even more for my scholars to improve our classroom and learning environment.
My Project
In our classroom, my students have many materials and tools to help promote learning. We have notebooks, library books, binders, pencils, workbooks, crayons, markers, scissors, etc. These materials need a constant place where the scholars can easily access and keep up with them. The Portable Storage Cubes and Plastic Portable Craft Storage Organizer Caddy Totes would help to keep my students and I very organized in our classroom. The storage cubes would be used for larger materials, such as books, notebooks, and binders. The caddy totes would be utilized to store smaller materials, such as pencils, glue sticks, crayons, and scissors.
My students need specific areas to store materials, which will provide them the opportunity to stay organized and be more responsible.
Organizational skills are very important and can boost the students' idea of keeping their learning environment intact. Thank you so much for taking the time to read about our classroom project.
