Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

During the winter months in January and February, our kindergarten and first grade students didn't get to go outside to play during recess. Now in March, students are just running around or playing tag outside, but we don't have any other toys or games for organized play or gross motor play.

We need an outdoor playground storage cart to store all the recess balls, toys and games that the kindergarteners and first graders will use to play after lunch time.

The storage cart will store the soccer balls, basketballs, footballs, hockey sticks and pucks, bowling ball and pins, ankle toys, bean bags and hoops from a previous Donorschoose project.
