Storage and Class Supplies for Wonderful Students!
My students need a designated spaces to store their classroom materials. The 4 Tier Storage organizer and Honey-Can-Do Rolling Storage Cart will be used to house their interactive science notebooks and classroom supplies.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am a middle school science teacher at a Title I school in a low-income/high poverty school district. My students are confronted by several challenges both in and at home. My desire is to create an environment where my students know they are safe and can feel comfortable enough to learn.
My students have goals and dreams, and they have the drive it takes to succeed!
It is my joy to teach them and my privilege to learn from them.
My Project
My goal is to create a safe and functional environment for my students. My students enjoy and are regularly challenged to demonstrate their mastery of our science curriculum by completing projects and assignments that are student-based. This year I will be moving to a new room with little storage space.
For our classroom to be functional, we will need organized places to store our materials.
The 4-tiered storage shelves will store the interactive science journals for each class, and the 12 bin rolling cart will be used to store table supplies and project supplies.
In addition, I am also requesting a pack of pencils, markers, and composition notebooks. Many of my students are not able to buy the necessary materials for school. The markers will be used by the class, and the composition notebooks and pencils will be reserved for students who need them.
