Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach at an amazing, diverse school where my students LOVE to read! The school that I teach at has many different types of students who come from many different walks of life. Regardless of their situation, these kids have so much hope for their future and education. This school has wonderful kids who are going to make such a difference in the world. They are kind, caring, thoughtful, intelligent and all around a GREAT group of individuals. I am such a lucky teacher to be at such a supportive school with such awesome kids.

My Project

My students love to work all around the classroom and collaborate with their fellow classmates. The adjustable table will be used for students who want to stand or sit in a different spot with other classmates to engage and focus on their work. The chairs are for students when they are using the table at a taller height. The drawer cart will be used to organize students work and create drop off locations when students are finished with their assignments. This will allow for our classroom to be more organized.

The donations to this project will create a comfortable learning environment for students.
