My Students

Mr. A's class loves to investigate, discover, and grow when it comes to Mathematics and Social Studies. Whether we're working in small group rotations, participating in some exciting and relevant review games, or we conquer a school-wide manhunt for the missing "products" of any given fraction multiplication problem, we focus on teamwork, concentration, leadership, excellence, and respect. When competing or participating in these activities, I want my students to be able to work in a space that is most conducive for their learning styles!

My Project

I am hoping to purchase 10 small, classroom stools for my room. On a daily basis, I pull students back to my teacher table where I instruct them in small groups. Currently, we are using the schools clunky, metal chairs, which I can only fit 5 students with, and they are not too comfortable. With these stools, not only would I be able to fit a 6th student, but they would have more leg room underneath to fit and fidget comfortably.

These stools will also be used in their group tables throughout the classrooms.

Many students like to have options with their seating, and these small stools are easily moved, convenient for students and truly the perfect size for 5th graders.
