My Students

Hello, My Name is Mrs. G. I have been teaching special education for 9 years. My students are in, what we refer to as a resource room. They get pulled out for reading, writing, and math. They need small group instruction , repeated practice, modified curriculum, one on one help, and differentiated instruction to be successful and learn on grade level curriculum. With these types of supports, my students will be able to practice their learned skills independently. Thank you for helping!

My Project

My classroom is very small, it was even once used as the nurses office. These stools will be able to fit the size of my classroom to pull small groups back to the kidney table.

I use my classroom to pull small groups of special education students after a whole group lesson within the regular classroom.

Once the regular education teacher has taught the lesson; I then take a small group of students to work on an assignment or centers that is centered around that task that was just taught in the whole group.

It is important for these students to be able to ask questions and talk about what they were just taught in a setting that they feel comfortable. Please consider donating! Thanks!
